Victoria MacLeod
Victoria MacLeod is a mixed-media and textile artist who lives in the North of England. Having been knitting since the age of seven, her work is the result of a lifetime’s accumulation of skill and craft. As a child, Victoria became fascinated with the broad range of colours and textures of threads. This has informed her mature surface design work. Furthermore, Victoria’s use of fabric and thread is informed by a desire not to waste anything which has potential.
Primavera stocks some of Victoria’s celtic knotwork pieces which, once framed on a wall, bridge the gap between painting, tapestry and textile art.
