The new home of the Primavera Gallery collection at College Farm exists as a bridge between art and living spaces. Housed within the directors garden and home each room is filled floor to ceiling with pieces ranging from grand paintings to the smallest of figurines. The artworks come alive as they interact with one another and fill each space with life and energy.

The College Farm space is not a static art collection with displays changing regularly, evolving as it grows. Alongside the gallery, the gardens are also embedded in art with installations by the director, Jeremy, whose personal and long-standing relationship with the artists gives College Farm a one of a kind atmosphere.

The unique experience offered by College Farm allows a viewer to get close to art in a way rarely seen, with the majority of the work in an open display. The permanent collection is anchored by great passion and knowledge of both the artworks and the artists themselves.

Set within the grounds of College Farm, Primavera Gallery is also pleased to be part of the National Garden Scheme Open Garden Day. On Sunday 17 May, from 2–5pm, visitors are warmly invited to explore the gardens, offering a rare opportunity to enjoy this beautiful rural setting alongside the gallery. Jeremy Waller, the Director of Primavera, erected bog oak pillars up to 5,000 years old. Collected from over many years from the fens, behind a stretch of water dug in the direction of a setting sun or waning moon, to focus light and the reflection of the pillars onto water.     College Farm now holds the King’s Parade collection, preserving the legacy of Primavera Gallery while presenting it within a new rural setting. The site will feature two gallery spaces, allowing the collection to be experienced in fresh ways. A second gallery space will open soon, expanding opportunities for exhibitions, events, and visitors.
