To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is no automatic right to return your purchase and receive a refund unless it is faulty or not as described, and the purchase is returned within 14 days. However, if you decide that your purchase is not suitable and wish to return it, it is our policy to exchange it in return for a credit note, provided your purchase is returned in perfect condition within 14 days.
To return your purchase, please send it by post or deliver it in person to: Primavera Gallery, 10 King's Parade, Cambridge, CB2 1SJ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage and insurance costs are non-refundable.
If you are posting an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable postage service and/or purchasing insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive an item returned to us by post.
