Jenny Gilbert

Jenny Gilbert works traditional pearls in to contemporary design. She is inspire by forms found in nature; these forms are then simplified to create unique and modern pieces of jewellery. Materials are worked with intuitively - ideas begin in sketchbooks but then take on a life of their own when developed in metal. All work is made with recycled silver wherever possible and all pearls are freshwater pearls.

Jenny graduated from the University for the Creative Arts Rochester in 2011.
